Suzanne Cleverdon

Suzanne Cleverdon holds bachelor's and master's degrees from the New England Conservatory of Music. Her numerous solo appearances include recitals at King's Chapel, the Boston Museum of Fine Arts, the Gardner Museum, Goodman Recital Hall, and Old West Church.

She has played with the Boston Viol Consort, American Repertory Theatre, the Paros Chamber Ensemble, Cantata Singers, Cecelia Society, the New England Bach Festival, and Emmanuel Music, with whom she performed the entire cycle of the cantatas of J. S. Bach.

Particularly well-known for her continuo work in opera productions, she has performed Mozart and Handel operas at Pepsico Summerfare, and with the Opera Company of Boston, the Theatre der Wett in Stuttgart, and L' Opera de la Monnaie in Brussels.

Suzanne is on the faculty at Wellesley College.
